Scope
Standardization of material characterization, specification, construction, marking and testing for laboratory equipment, which is not intended to be used for measurement of physical quantities. This includes standardization of principles and materials for construction, performance, dimensions and testing with respect to material characteristics, as well as the terms and definitions used in connection therewith.
